Characteristics of environment friendly PVC stabilizer:

1. It can replace the active atoms in the polymer chain (such as the chlorine atom at the allyl position in PVC) to obtain more stable chemical bonds, reduce the possibility of initiating dehydrochlorination reaction and control its autocatalytic effect;

2. It can quickly combine with the fallen hydrogen chloride and inhibit its autocatalytic effect.

3. In order to improve the thermal stability, saturated polymer chains are formed by addition reaction with unsaturated and bond in polymer materials.

4. It can inhibit the oxidation and cross-linking of polyolefin structure.

5. It has affinity for polymeric materials and is non-toxic or low toxic.

6. It does not interact with additives existing in polymer materials, such as plasticizers, fillers and pigments.
